Return policy
We want you to get the right manual the first time. Please check the model, serial number range and manual type before ordering, and contact us if you're not sure.
Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery when the wrong manual was ordered or sent. Who pays for a return depends on whose mistake it was.
If the mistake is ours
For example, we sent a different manual than you ordered, the manual is defective, or it doesn't match its description on our site.
- We cover the return shipping.
- No restocking fee.
- You choose a full refund or the correct manual.
If you ordered the wrong manual
For example, the wrong model, serial number range or manual type.
- The manual must come back unopened, in its original shrink-wrap.
- You pay the return shipping.
- A 20% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
Example: for a $69.75 manual, the restocking fee is $13.95 and your refund is $55.80.
Manuals no longer needed
We don't accept returns of a manual that was the right one for your machine but is no longer needed.
How to return a manual: contact us first
Please contact us before sending anything back, with your order number and the manual you want to return. We'll confirm the return and send you the return address. Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive the manual.
